Don't buy if you don't want to be left in the dark on how to use your device!

Purchased an equine TECAR radiofrequency device from smartlasertherapy/Rhein Lasers. Was dealing with Jessy Shen. The delivery was slow compared to other Chinese laser/aesthetic companies who I have dealt with and delivery took almost 3 weeks. The tracking was unavailable for about 12 days of that, which was disappointing. However, what really let me down was the training I was given on the device. There was no training manual included with the device at all (and it is fairly complex to use), and the only pitiful piece of instruction that I was provided with, was a short PDF from Jessy over WhatsApp, which was not of much help and provided very little detail on practical use. No step by step guidance on anything and in particular the D80 handles, which Jessy did not have a clue about, only bluffing!! She tried to get away with a very incorrect one sentence explanation to me, of how to use them!! I actually had to find out from another user of the same device in the USA, because Jessy was giving me incorrect instructions and tried to get away with the fact that she had no idea how to use the D80 handles!! Won't be buying from Rhein Lasers again!!
