Thank you! We’re glad the US military surplus gear and harnesses arrived just as expected. We work hard to source dependable field gear and offer it at a fair price. Thanks for choosing Smiths Surplus!

We do our best to provide clear listings so customers know exactly what condition their military surplus gear is in before ordering. We appreciate your patience on shipping and your support of Smiths Surplus.

Thank you! We’re glad you found the right gear for your MOLLE II rucksack. Our condition grading system is designed to make buying military surplus packs and rucksack components easier and more transparent. We appreciate the recommendation!
Thanks for the review! We’re glad you’re happy with the gear. We always try to get military surplus orders out quickly, but carrier transit times can vary a bit. We appreciate your support of Smiths Surplus.
Thank you! We’re always happy to help customers choose the right piece of military surplus gear, whether it’s a pouch, assault pack, or load-bearing equipment. Glad the product worked out and arrived as described—we appreciate the recommendation!
Thank you! We’re glad the TAP Panel arrived safely in the UK and performed well in the field. The USGI Tactical Assault Panel system is a great piece of modular military surplus gear, and we’re always happy to help with questions. We appreciate your support!
Thank you! We’re glad the military surplus duffel bag arrived in solid condition and earlier than expected. Shipping estimates can sometimes run long, so we’re happy it reached you ahead of schedule. We appreciate the feedback and your support!
Thanks for the review! We’re glad the ordering process was easy and your military surplus gear shipped quickly. We appreciate you choosing Smiths Surplus.
Thank you for your service, and we’re glad we could help you track down that hard-to-find item. Finding authentic US military surplus gear from your time in service can mean a lot. We appreciate your support and hope to help again in the future.
Hi Horacio, Thank you for the follow-up. As mentioned previously, review platforms aren’t monitored support channels, which can delay resolution. We do inspect attachment points prior to shipment, but we’re still willing to review the issue and see what can be done. To move this forward, please contact us directly at [email protected] and include clear photos of the snaps in question. Once received, we’ll evaluate and determine appropriate next steps. We’re always willing to address legitimate issues when customers reach out through the proper channel. — Smiths Surplus Customer Support

Hi Bill, Thank you for the detailed 5-star review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Glad we were able to get you squared away and that the order arrived quickly and as expected. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again. — Smiths Surplus Customer Support
