So. Cal. Imports

Hi Jeffrey, Thank you for shopping with So Cal Imports. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are very sorry you are unhappy with the product and or service you received. We stand by our products 100% regardless of where they are manufactured. We are happy to accept returns as long as they are within our return policy thresholds. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your disappointment when the replacement floor pans did not match your expectations. Many aftermarket repair panels are designed as patch panels rather than full OEM reproductions, and as a result, the overall dimensions and stamped contours may differ from the original factory panels. Your comments are valuable and have highlighted an opportunity for us to improve our product listings by providing more detailed descriptions and dimensions so customers can better understand exactly what they are purchasing before placing an order. We also attempted to reach out regarding your concerns, but were unfortunately unable to connect. We would still be happy to discuss your experience and answer any questions you may have. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us during regular business hours, or you can email [email protected]. Thank you, Team So. Cal. Imports
