商家自述

SolidEast is a China sourcing and logistics company helping European businesses find reliable manufacturers, verify suppliers, and move goods safely from Asia to their destination. We have been working with factories in China for over 10 years. In that time, we have built a network of verified suppliers across various product categories and developed a process that reduces the most common risks of sourcing from Asia — miscommunication, quality issues, and unreliable partners. Our work starts before an order is placed. We visit factories in person, review production processes, check materials and quality standards, and have direct conversations with manufacturers about your requirements. This gives our clients a clear picture of who they are working with before committing to any order. We handle the full process — factory search, supplier comparison, quality inspection, export documentation, warehousing, and logistics coordination. Every step is managed transparently, and we only work with bank transfer payments with full costs outlined upfront. No hidden fees, no surprises. We work with businesses of all sizes — from first-time importers testing a new product to established companies managing regular shipments. Our goal is simple: make sourcing from China straightforward, honest, and less stressful for our clients. If you have worked with us, we would appreciate your honest feedback. It helps us improve and helps other businesses make informed decisions.
