Sololita

Dear Customer, We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience. However, we would like to take a moment to address your concerns. Firstly, it is hurtful and unfair to receive such a damaging comment without a responsible explanation. We treat all comments seriously and strive to understand and rectify any problems our customers face. We strongly condemn the attempt to damage our reputation based on false accusations. It's important to clarify that we never mandate our customers to subscribe to our email newsletters. We offer this as an option for those who wish to receive promotional offers and updates about our Lolita fashion collection. Furthermore, we assure you that we do not misuse our customers' information in any way. We respect and value the privacy of our customers; their trust in our business is of paramount importance to us. Your claim about us stealing user information through email subscription for promotional offers is entirely untrue. We are compliant with all data privacy laws and regulations and our practices are designed to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our customers' data. We request that you communicate directly with us to discuss any issues or concerns you may have experienced, rather than spreading harmful, false information about our business. Kind Regards, Sololita Team
