I placed an order in early Feb 2026 and have yet to receive an update on dispatch time. I have followed up with no response. Don’t bother with this vendor they are useless.

The worst company
The worst company, I placed the order on 25th Jan 2026, I never received the order and no reply after many attempts to email and sms and even made an overseas phone call. May be the company had closed down?

The order was placed on January 23rd, and I still haven’t received anything. I also haven’t received any response.
Seriously bad customer service
Ordered a pink cup from them. The delivery company was pretty dodgy. Had to call them several times to figure out details about the delivery and the person on the phone simply stopped talking to me mid conversation. For some reason I always ended up with the same service person and I'm not sure they understood me correctly since I tried shifting the delivery to another day so I'd receive the parcel in person. Instead they left it on my door step on the wrong day. Instead of a pink cup Some Mugs had sent me a blue cup. I mailed them, they asked for pics. I sent them pics - no answer. A week later I asked for an update, they apologized, saying they will pass it on. A week later I asked for an update. No answer. I tried checking in with them several times and I never heard from them again. Don't know what went wrong here, honestly. It's not a scam exactly, just really bad customer service, I guess?
Pleasantly Surprised and Very Happy!
I was initially hesitant to order from Somemugs, especially since there were no reviews on here. I only received a confirmation email and no updates after that. I knew shipping to Europe might take a while, so I waited patiently. Surprisingly, the order arrived 15 days later, which was a nice outcome. The flask looks amazing and I’m happy with it overall. The lack of communication was a bit off-putting, but in the end, the product delivered on time as promised!
