I have had the worst customer service experience of my entire life, my wife ordered a watch for me as a birthday gift, as soon as I was told about it I went online to check the reviews, I was shocked to read the comments so instantly I canceled the order within a couple of hours.
They refused to acknowledge the cancellation and sent the watch to my address in London, I sent them the string of emails to prove the cancellation.
They agreed to take the product but it took two months to get them to agree. Now the watch is still with me packed and waiting to be collected, they will not refund till they have it back.
It was £230.00, ordered in mid July now it is mid September.
I strongly advise not to deal with them.
Bought what I thought was a reduced in price pair of Shokz Open Run Pro 2 Bone Conductor Headphones for £98.00 instead of £170. What I received was a Vadoka (never heard of them) Open Run Pro 2 Bone Conductor Headphones which I can get for £32 on Amazon. Absolutely shocking. Have contacted them regarding refund and their stance is this. “ We do not accept unsupported claims that the product is a “cheap copy” or of inferior quality. We have fulfilled your order correctly, and the product delivered is consistent with the item you purchased from our website.
We also cannot accept a return request solely based on the fact that you found a similar product available at a lower price through another sales channel. Price comparisons between different sellers or platforms are not considered a product defect or an incorrect shipment.
If you still wish to return the product for these reasons, this will be considered a customer preference/personal reason return and will be handled according to our return policy.
For customer preference returns, the customer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Original shipping costs (if applicable)
Any applicable restocking/handling fees according to our return policy”
I would advise if you would like to purchase cheap crap then use this company. If not then check prior to purchase that what your getting is what you searched for in the first place. They’re play on words in searches draws you in. Complete rubbish not worth the money. Avoid at all costs and use reputable sellers. And always check reviews.
Worst ever company to deal with ! Received a faulty camera that doesn't switch off and has drained the battery 3 times so far, as I thought it could be something else, but no, it's the camera/charger.
After many emails back and forth they offered me $20 discount which is nothing, espcially that I paid in £.
Also paid for the express delivery, still it took 2-3weeks to arrive, after chasing them.
Wish I checked the reviews before bought the camera, as I saw in on one of the websites, as being a pretty good dashcam.
They don't care about returns or warranties, as they simply don't offer any of that once they scammed you out of the money. AVOID ! ! !
Avoid this dash cam. I purchased a sonovax 4K dash cam on the 3/5/26. It took around 2 weeks to arrive and I paid a qualified auto electrician to install it. After using it for around a week it started to switch itself off/on whilst I was driving. I contacted customer support and explained. After 32 emails going back and forth they offered me compensation of $5 dollars which I did not accept. Today I received a final offer of $20 dollars (I live in London) of which I did not accept. After refusing the offer I then received a final email saying how sorry they were and to have a nice life…(not sure how to take that) so at the end of all the emails I still have a dash cam that doesn’t work and still out of pocket £125.
Received dashcam today 44 emails later.
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
Not sure if it even works as it’s not installed yet.

I ordered a 4K Dash Cam on 26th April 2026 today is 29th May. I’ve tried to cancel and be refunded. They use every excuse rather than offer a refund. Today Sonovax are asking me to confirm my details. Delivery address etc etc. seems order still hasn’t left country of origin. Perhaps China. Customer service doesn’t exist!
Ordered a Dashcam, 32GB+Card Reader on 27 April, the Dashcam that turned up in the post was not the model I had ordered and did not have the reversing features I wanted. The 32GB+Card Reader was no where to be seen. Wrote on the above and sent a photo of the Dashcam received along side the advertised image. After much back and forth, they were telling me it as a issue with the angle of the photograph and lighting as to why the Dashcam looked different from what was received, this is despite clearly having different model numbers on the face of it, no branding and did not have the reversing camera functionally. After much more back and forth, with them offering USD5 back, then USD10 for a Dashcam that did not meet my requirements, I pursuant to the UK Consumers Rights Act, advised them that I was exercising my right to return incorrect goods and to please provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a full refund. They refused, providing a link to their refund policy which included deductions and postage costs would be my responsibility. I will now raise a Section 75 claim with my card provider
I had purchased a dashcam on the 29th March and requested a refund on the 13th April due to the camera not being what I wanted. I then received a response asking for my order number on the 16th April. Having thought I had supplied this already, I then sent multiple references over not sure which one they needed. I have still not had a response, I have sent multiple chaser emails each week and still am yet to receive a response. I am truly disappointed and frustrated that this is the only way you can request a refund according to their website. I do not recommend this company at all.
This Company have no interest in customer satisfaction.
When ordering, be ware of the “Tips” section, why would any one leave a tip. However they still take a tip even if you say NO. There is no delivery procedures and information is not a available. My advice “IS AVOID “
