I think this company is amazing from the hosts to the customer service team. Every request has been met to the best of their ability. I mean sometimes items go out of stock, but that’s because they’re so popular and their Crystals are so amazing. Everybody wants some. I have been purchasing from SL for 4 yeats now and i don't purchase from anywhere else if I can help it. If they dont have what I need they get it sometimes it takes time. All the beads are real crystal and great quality and for the price you pay. If there is an issue they fix it. In 4 years I have had maybe 5 issues total. The customer service is exceptional. The hosts Travis and Felicity are amazing.

If I have had any issue, they promptly correct it, and never give you any problems. I have had multiple special orders and they were able to process, pack and ship so fast!
