I just ordered a t shirt
I just ordered a t shirt. I found prices in CAD$, with all discounts it was 13 CAD$ for t shirt + 8 CAD$ delivery fee. But after I completed payment my bank account show me transaction of 32 CAD$. So the prices not matched. I tried to cancel order next day, send them email, and they replied that there is handled fee for cancellation 15%. So I definitely not recommend this store.

Shows that the package has been delivered, but I have not received it.
Order never arrived
I got an email that my package arrived 3 days ago. I never received my package. After mailing the customer service they said to mail the delivery service, they couldn't track my package anymore because "they had delivered it". I mailed customer service again with this reply. They said it was probably stolen and that if I paid for the clothing items again, they would send me the clothes and I wouldn't have to pay any delivery costs. However, I could not change the place of delivery to a pick-up point so that there would be no chance of my items being stolen. The fact that they would not deliver to a pick-up point were there was no chance of my order being stolen didn't sit well with me and gave me (because of what happened) good reason not to trust them. I'm very sad because of this because they sell really cute shirts.
Unpleasant service and quality
Customer service is slow and they wait about 3 weeks before sending your items and it takes 15 to 30 days to arrive. T shirt quality is medium to low and hoody quality is poor.
