用户怎么说
H3 earbud failed…
Purchased some H3 earbuds used on ebay March 2026. Was happy as great sound and no problems except for unexceptional charge life until July when the right bud stopped working. Tried all the workarounds and suggested remedies but no go. Only used by me around 2 hours a month. Contacted Soundpeats who won't do anything without the original purchase order details and as the seller bought them on ebay himself it's proved a no go. As these buds weren't released until September 2025 I'd hope Soundpeats would honour the warranty and I'm happy to return them with original box but they're not interested. Never had an issue with hi fi hardware failing within 10 months before so disappointing.
