Online purchase is seamless with the help of Whatsapp chat, only the collection arrangement notice as well as the invoicing were not immediate upon payment made.
Made 2 purchases on 15 & 16 Nov 2022 and still waiting for the invoices.
Appreciate invoices to be generated upon payment received.

I purchased a Jabra Panacast conference camera and table stand from this company. I had some questions before ordering, to which I received prompt answers from the company's Whatsapp live chat. They were very informative and helpful and the goods were delivered as ordered in 2-3 business days. I would recommend this company.

Great, friendly service by Wei Fei, Sue Wen and team. Easy online ordering, efficient turnaround, helpful team. Will definitely reorder other IT accessories from them if needed in the future.

Avoid at all cost. I placed an order on their online store for an ergotron lx which turned out to be out-of-stock but was not delisted from their website so I requested a refund. After 3 weeks and numerous follow-ups I still have not been refunded. They gave me the runaround every time I followed up and now they completely stopped replying to my email. Now I have to go to claims court to get my money back.
