The platform is good and the source company was from EPROM Data Systems Pte Ltd. Their service was prompt and delivered our order within 2 working days.

No communication and support

Initially there is no communication from vendor side.Need to call and check.Once ready for collection, Email is sent out.I feel communication part is not friendly. Second, the hand over during self collection. I thought of sending my family member to collect.However,I finally went to collect. I was surprised that the box was too big.No rope or sling to carry the box.I struggled to bring out to cab and load it. There is no package size indicated in email.No consideration or ask by office for any help needed or help rendered during collection. I will reconsider to purchase from sourceit .

Paid in full in May, room still does not work in August

I paid SGD 11,138.60 in full on 20 May 2026 for a meeting room AV installation. As of August the room has never worked. The table controller that operates the room has power but has never had a network connection, and its network settings page is empty. The wall panel outside the room is connected, but it was never set up. The room has never been signed in or commissioned. The invoice included line items for System Configuration and Basic user training. On 16 July the sales rep wrote to me that once our Google Meet licensing and room resource were in place, they would "complete the room setup, sign-in, testing and commissioning." I confirmed both were done the next day. On 29 July, thirteen days later, the same rep told me that configuration was the client's responsibility and offered to send an engineer as a gesture of goodwill. I asked the director for an itemisation of that line and a credit note for the parts not delivered. He declined, while confirming in the same email that the line covers hardware configuration and onsite training. I also asked whether the panel was tested and working before the installation team left site, and for the record of that test. I have had no answer. We have since engaged a different reseller to finish the room, so we are paying twice for the same work. Ten weeks, one working component, and a refusal to itemise what we were billed for.

SourceIT's staff are really helpful and patient. I was looking for something as simple as a bluetooth mouse and they took out many models until we found one that was the perfect one I was looking for. I have also bought 2 headsets with them, and for the 2 accounts I was there, they were different staff members who assisted me. I will definitely recommend them and will go back to them for future purchases! :)
