Dear Orlando, Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. First, I want to acknowledge the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced upon arrival, especially after planning a special fishing getaway for your 90-year-old guest and her friend. We understand how important it is for everything to be ready and exactly as expected when creating memories like these. I'm grateful our team was able to quickly assist with relocating your group and provide an upgraded home, but I also appreciate your candid feedback that the change did not fully offset the disruption caused by the original property's construction, the outdoor areas not being guest-ready, and the confusion surrounding the game room, apartment space, and Wi-Fi availability. Those are valuable observations, and we've shared them with our team so we can improve both our property preparation and listing clarity. What stands out most in your review is the grace and perspective you brought to the experience. Despite the challenges, you focused on what mattered most: time together, peaceful surroundings, and a successful fishing trip for two people who love to fish. We are especially happy to hear that they were able to enjoy the dock and create the experience you hoped to provide. Thank you again for your honesty, understanding, and for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate the opportunity to host you and hope we have the chance to provide an even smoother and more deserving experience in the future. Warm regards, The SCCR Team

Thank you! We're so glad you had a wonderful stay and found the check-in process seamless. It's great to hear the photos and descriptions helped you confidently choose the perfect cabin. We appreciate your kind feedback and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us again. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed Alpine Vista and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand your disappointment regarding the late checkout request. When your reservation was originally made, a late checkout was discussed as a possibility based on availability. However, after reviewing our records, our team contacted you on May 12 to let you know that, due to scheduling requirements for incoming guests, we would not be able to accommodate the late checkout for this stay. That said, we regret any frustration surrounding the departure process. Our records indicate that checkout time had passed when our team arrived to prepare the home for incoming guests. While our staff was attempting to ensure the property was ready for the next arrival, we never want any guest to feel rushed or uncomfortable, and we are sorry that the interaction left you feeling otherwise. We appreciate your loyalty as a returning guest and your willingness to stay with us again following the concerns you experienced during a previous visit. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working to improve communication and coordination between our office and field teams to provide the best possible guest experience. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you all the best. The SCCR Team
