Please. Do not buy a Sperax product

They're lucky I gave them 1 star!! Do not buy from this company - they are fake! God forbid you have an issue with your product! I have contacted their so called 'customer services' almost every day for the past few weeks and they still have not responded to my issue!! How bad is that? Seriously, do not buy anything from Sperax. They're shocking!! I'll be posting this message on as many social platforms as I can. Because everyone needs to know not to part with their well earned money.

I wish I could leave a negative 1

I wish I could leave a negative 1 review. My Walking Pad Treadmill is faulty. The tread piece keeps slipping to the side causing the machine to stop. I have emailed them directly twice with no response apart from "we have received your email. We are looking to repair with 7 days." Well seven days plus seven weeks have passed. Its a joke. I want a repair but would really prefer a refund!!!!!!!!
