I have been using Spooky machines for the last 10 years and have been very happy with them. Unfortunately, I recently had a problem and contacted customer service. Fortunately I got Lisa who walked me through the steps to figure out the problem. We had a very productive whats app call that lasted over an hour. She identified the problem and put things in motion to fix it. I was very impressed with her professionalism and kind demeanor. I definitely appreciate her help and overall good experience.

I am a new Spooky2 Rife customer. I was having a difficult time getting the phanotron round plasma tube to work. I sent an email. A staff member named Jervis answered promptly and gave me the information that I needed to get the plasma tube to work. It is too soon for me to evaluate the Spooky2 product, but the customer service thus far is excellent.

Payment glitches in placing order online were patiently guided through live chat and email exchanges. When order was finally successfully placed and paid, email to confirm order details were immediately sent to me. Then within 24 hours, they notified me that my shipment is on its way with tracking number. Excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support by a very professional staff that work as a team to make sure I, the customer, gets full satisfaction. Great products, great company, great inventor founder and great customer support all around.
