Some Rife systems like the gb4000 work but these spooky2 generators dont work they will not put out a signal the software only does test mode so i have been scammed for something that does not even work.The support is no help at all.Thats what happens when i buy something from china.

Beyond customer service....

I contacted customer service VIA email regarding an item I could not locate on the website. I was greeted first thing in the morning (China's time) with an email from Rina Wang. She explained why the item was not listed on the website and advised she would arrange to have the additional items inserted with my pending order and provided an updated invoice with my shipping details already attached and ready to go. The customer service goes beyond anything I've encountered. Honestly, it's goes so far beyond anything I could even try to explain in a simple review. Thank you so much Rina. Just reading the opening of your email put a smile on my face for the day.

It was 11:30 at night and I was trying…

It was 11:30 at night and I was trying desperately to get my system to work that I purchased through spooky2. I was really frustrated and very upset because I'm using this system to help my dog who is very sick. So when I eventually did was contacted their support team and the support person I got was Jervis. It was really a wonderful experience because he didn't rush me was very polite and even a little bit funny which I really needed at that point because I was beside myself. With Jervis patience I was able to get my system up and running beautifully and even gave me really good instructions so I learned how to do it the next time. It really gives you a sense of confidence when you know you have somebody like that on the other end of the line. I would recommend spooky2 and a wonderful support team to everyone. Thank you Jervis.

The products are great along with the customer service and support. I am only just experimenting with my setup but I am sure the products will perform as described as other reviews state great success.

Sara Answers My Questions

Sara has been great in responding to questions. The only downside is there is full delay between questions and responses, but I'm slowly getting my questions answered. Much appreciated and there is much to learn about with Spooky2!

Really happy with the service and the product. Still lots the learn however really easy to start the basics. Have not had long enough to know how well it, really impressed with the BioFeed Back and how accurate it is.

Worth the sacrifice and effort!

Exspensive equipment and, I can see where a lot of it is above the heads of many, but to us, it is worth the sacrifice and effort! Questions are responded to in a very short period of time with concise and simple understanding. Even the dumbest question will be addressed. The only downside is that it's made in 'CHINA,' but all equipment is top of the line quality. The only thing I can see is it's safe from Western Medicine who has fought discoveries and rediscoveries associated natural medicine/cures because it cannot be patened for MONEY and frequencies is only one of many. DMSO is another!

Sara Cao of Spooky2 has been working with me in Customer Service regarding a shipment I was expecting. She has been very helpful and attentive.

Recovery after strokes using peptides and Spooky 2 Scakar

By the way my brother is doing extremely well after his strokes in May and brain biopsy shortly thereafter. You put together 2 peptide programs from his 2 MRI's which we have been treating with Spooky 2 scalar since June. and I want to thank you from the deepest part of my heart. His recent EEG shows recovery in process with no set backs. He is nearly back to normal and doctor indicated he would hit full recovery in just a few more months. We are also using weekly scans of his urine and treating his bladder with Advanced Kill Plasma with Phanotron bulb as both his neurologist and urologist believe that his re-occurring UTI's are related to what was going on.

Excellent products and superb customer service.

In recent years I have purchased a few things from these lovely people. The basic Spooky2 kit first, then a couple of add-ons, and yesterday I ordered an Aha Halo Vibe set. And I have to say that the customer support, and service, is second to none. No matter how uninformed your question, they will answer it and provide extra information. The goods I have purchased in the past have all arrived perfectly packed and in good order - and work very well - and they got here surprisingly quickly. So I am sure that my latest purchase will also arrive before I know it - and I cannot wait. Also - their website and how-to videos and broadcasts are excellent and so helpful in learning how to use the Spooky2 - and now its extended family. I am a very happy customer.
