Beyond customer service....
I contacted customer service VIA email regarding an item I could not locate on the website. I was greeted first thing in the morning (China's time) with an email from Rina Wang. She explained why the item was not listed on the website and advised she would arrange to have the additional items inserted with my pending order and provided an updated invoice with my shipping details already attached and ready to go. The customer service goes beyond anything I've encountered. Honestly, it's goes so far beyond anything I could even try to explain in a simple review. Thank you so much Rina. Just reading the opening of your email put a smile on my face for the day.
