customer supports keeps lying that they dont have gold or say in the next bulls''' hours it will be delivered then again it wont and they find some new excuse ! i got a low price and they dont wish to agree to my order. if you buy their new higher price they will ship instant like they advertise: 10-30 min if in stock otherwise max 12-24 hours. i wont ask for a refund as i am intitled to what i have paid and i will receive it! for anyone reading they are very happy to scam their customers and lie!

If you like your sanity, avoid.

Avoid this company at all costs (especially for ESO). They advertise on their website that they deliver fast and within 48 hours. However, I have waited an entire week for my order, and all I keep getting in response is, "In 1-2 days, you will have your order 100%." I am writing this to let you know to avoid at all costs, and I understand to the fullest extent that stocks can fluctuate. If that is the case, then do not advertise your sales for that specific game if stocks are not readily available. I should not have to wait that long for in-game gold.

Gold is a bit pricey but reason for 3 stars was the delivery time. I was told it takes a few hours after i purchased it, 4 hours went by and then they said it’ll be delivered 1-2 hours. 5 more hours went by and i asked again because it seemed a bit suspicious. Finally got it delivered by mail even tho i was online and i chose the face to face option.

Bought ESO gold

Bought ESO gold. Have not received the gold, and it's been over twelve hours. On their site, they say around 30 mins, and may a few hours. But it's more than twelve hours and I still have not received it. I've had to open a dispute on Paypal. I hope I get a refund if they don't send me the gold. Buyers beware! Update: Never received the gold, and they only told me after I opened a dispute and left a negative review that they don't have the gold. Fortunately I got a refund. Will not use again.

Don't buy gold here

24/7 customer service is a straight lie. It is a chatbot and even that is offline most of the time giving you standard answers. They stated that WoW WOTLK gold could be delivered within 24hrs even if it is not in stock. I have paid for my order more than 3 days ago and I have NOT received my gold. Communication is non existent. This must be a straight fraud.
