Took 2 tries and had to refund 1st purchase, after 48 hours and an "I don't care" comment when I asked for an update. After refund I tired again and I did recieve gold after about 12 hours.

Would have done 5 stars, did take a little bit of time 14 hours, and the 24 hour live service is not really a 24 hour service. Just lack of communication would be reduced star.
