There was some hiccups at the start and the Live Chat is kind of slow to answer, but we got everything figured out in the end and their communication was very good at that point, everything happened within a timely manner and when they said it would. Will likely use this service again.

Ordered a couple times now every time the order seems to take longer and longer for example I ordered on wednesday its now monday still not delivered their live chat system isn't actually live and is just a bot as I can never seem to get through to a real person I just want this order completed and after that I dont think i'll order again after this experience. When I ordered the gloves on diablo, there was no way to specify level. So now I got level 100 gloves I can't use with my 73 character. If it was like level 80 gloves, then that's not too hard to work for. All the stats are the same, but only had the option of a level 100 item.
