Nice delivery options and you do always get your gold, but it's has been very, very slow lately, taking well over 24 hours. I can't rate it higher because it's just too slow with no communication that things are moving along. I would like to add that my previous interactions have been very quick, within 1-4 hours, but again, that has slipped exponentially, so it's hard to recommend now.

I got my gold but I took a long time. I asked them how long it would take and they said that they were out of gold in my server na Xbox and that they had to work at getting the gold for what I purchased. I don't understand how they can advertise gold packages but yet and have no gold makes no sense if you're out of gold in a server stop offering a service until you refill it and replenish. At the end of it I got what I ordered they were very polite just didn't make much sense. And they offer a discount of a whole whopping 4% if you put in a certain catch phrase I would rather not put the catchphrase in and save three seconds of my life.

18 hour wait for my gold (was meant to be 6 hours)
I bought my gold yesterday evening, I was told it would take around 6 hours to get the gold to me which I was okay with. I logged on today to find my gold hadn’t been sent, when I messaged them about this they had not got round to my order and said that it could take a further 4-8 hours to get my gold, they did not offer me any compensation and advised the only thing they could give me was a discount code for my next order (which you get emailed anyway even without complaining) Over all very disappointed ☹️
