Compensation Procedure questionable
I've ordered gold for a popular Amazon MMO. It was detectable and they removed the gold. This issue has been reported to ssegold.com. Ban + Gold taken away = Couldn't take advantage of this service. Requested a refund and the quick response (initially) become silent. Communication tactics are stalling and "beating around the bush" talks. Dispute will be forwarded to the payment processor. Edit: Rating + 1 Star. At least we split the loss. Refund policy needs some tweaking.

Using the website was easy and I received my money as expected through in game mail however it did take a little while to get it. However on a low population classic server it was kinda expected. But only rating 4 stars just for to the delay. I did recieve an email saying it would be delayed and was able to contact someone on discord to reassure it was still being handled and on its way though. Will definitely use again in the future.
