I'd love to clarify that Stan is a platform that hosts independent Creators, and it sounds like you may have purchased through one of our Creator's Stan Store. While we provide the platform for creators to sell their products, each Creator manages their own products, orders, and refund policies. Because of that, we're unable to process refunds on a Creator's behalf. That being said, we'd be happy to help connect you with the Creator and review any information available.
