We are very sorry that you had a bad experience. We sincerely apologize.
After receiving your feedback, we immediately investigated the issue. Our conclusion is that the images we sent you were very high-resolution, which made the file sizes quite large and caused them to load slowly. This may have led to the email delivery failure.
We will make improvements immediately. While maintaining image clarity, we will do our best to reduce the file size of the images.
Thank you again for your feedback. StatueGift Team
This team was great. It's always so hard to know when you go to an unknown business, but I must say they all communicated so well and the finished product is wonderful.

The Bobblehead statue is PERFECT! It is a custom gift for my nephew who is retiring from the Navy in a few weeks. The statue is a very good likeness of my nephew and will be greatly appreciated for its uniqueness. The detail is great and I had really good communications with the folks at Statuegift.

I am writing this recommendation for Statuegift. I recently ordered a bobble head for my husband’s 60th birthday and it turned out fantastic! I could not be happier! They worked countless hours on it and also went above and beyond until it was perfect for me. They are easy to work with, patient, kind, and understanding. I needed to receive it within a timely fashion and it arrived even earlier than expected. It had to ship internationally and it arrived beautifully. I was beyond the moon excited! I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Definitely 5 stars across the board! 🤩

I ordered the "50" bobblehead for my son's upcoming birthday, not knowing anything about the company. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. They were in immediate contact with me, sending pictures on the statue as they were crafting it from the picture I sent. I asked for several changes and they were made and sent for further critique. I received my order today and I am beyond pleased! I simply cannot wait for my son to see it. Do not hesitate to use this company for custom personalized items. They go above and beyond to assure you are happy with the final product!
I received my bobblehead today, and am so happy with the final outcome! This is a gift for my son-in-law's 40th birthday and I'm excited to give it to him when we see him, the resemblance is awesome as is the quality and attention to detail. The communication was very good, responding to my requests and questions, however I didn't realize at first that would only take place at night due to the time zone difference between China and east coast time in the US. It took a while to receive it but was pretty much within the timeframe indicated and worth the wait. One suggestion I would make is to include a link on the website to leave a review as I had to send an email asking how to post one. They responded with a link to do so. All in all, I highly recommend Statuegift!
The statue is wonderful. They do a great job keeping you informed during the process. They send a picture when they have completed the face for comment and then again after they applied the hair. It was a gift for my wife and she was very happy with how it turned out. I highly recommend this product.
The statute is absolutely wonderful. Our son will graduate dental school in May and we wanted a memorable gift. We were delighted to see the attention to detail and likeness to the photos we provided. We were able to personalize by adding his dog, our son's loyal companion through the 8 year journey through undergraduate and dental school. I highly recommend StatueGift.
Wow!!! So happy. So pleased. What a fabulous gift idea and the finished product is absolutely spot on. Just beautiful. Five Full Stars. Excellent work and the communication process was great.
The quality of the product is…perfection in the making
The quality of the product is unbelievable. I was sent two proofs, one on the face and the second was the full head with the hair. My girlfriend was amazed how accurately the artist portrayed her.
My experience with ordering my gift from the "Statuegift" has been very good. Throughout the whole process there has been great communication with the vendor regarding my order. I recommend paying extra for shipping to make sure you get your order sooner than later. I would buy it again.
I have received 2 statues from this company. The first one so resembled my brother in law that my sister had to move it from the mantle as she felt her husband was watching her all day! The second was of my grandson and while it seems to be more difficult to capture a youngster’s face, the master artisans did it! They truly listen to your suggested corrections and make them if you clearly describe what is not quite right. They are patient and attentive. It is so worth it to pay more for the master artists. And when the product is done in a timely matter it comes superbly packed. Great company with wonderful support.
The statue I ordered from Statuegift was perfect. It looked just like the person, in the picture, I sent them. It took a couple of revisions but the end result was exactly what I was looking for. After I placed my order, they were quick to send me a proof of the head of the statue and they were quick to respond to the requests I made for revisions. I would definitely purchase another statue in the future.
Started working with this company late in the first week of December trying to get a gift for Christmas from China to the United States. Incredibly happy with the fast turnaround , even with needing a few revisions, and very efficient shipping. My finished statue arrived at my home a full week before Christmas despite the late start . High quality product, very polite and responsive staff. This was a wonderful experience and I was very impressed.
My experience with Statuegift was great! They were very easy to work with and made sure that my statue was to my expectation. I recommend them to anyone.
