Personal bobbles So adorable!

We chose a bobble head and the craftsmanship was great quality . They reached out and made sure we were happy before the final product was released so that we could apply changes if needed. Customer support was very helpful. They do wonderful quality work and we love it. We will be ordering more in the future.

I think I lost my money

I was impressed that I rec'd a proof within 4 days of my account creation & after I sent a couple of pictures. The proof was great. The master said that the hair needed to be added to be finished. However I haven't heard anything and I've emailed 4 times since for status and no reply. I also paid for an expedited shipping and my order still has no tracking number and says order unfulfilled. No replies.

100% recommend!

I made a bobblehead purchase for a colleague. I was extremely impressed by how communicative the company was every step of the way - I don't think I've ever had the kind of back-and-forth interaction with a company that I had with this one. I was very pleased with the final product and so was my colleague!

I got a bobble head for my dad’s 73rd…

I got a bobble head for my dad’s 73rd birthday. What do you get the man who has everything? A bobble head!! The customer service was beyond my expectations. The creator sent me pictures of the progress and took every suggestions of tweaking the statue to my specification. They added the type of shoe my dad wears just by sending them a picture. I couldn’t believe how responsive they were. They got back to me within a day of responding. It was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend. Worth the money to get what you want.

What a fantastic experience!

I ordered five bobbleheads from statuegift.com. There are not enough words to say how happy I am with the whole process! Ordering was simple, customer service was outstanding and the results are incredible. I cannot wait to give these a Christmas gifts and know everyone will be absolutely thrilled with them.

What a GREAT company

I needed a bobble head likeness and needed it quickly. I sent a picture and received a photo of the head without hair. I gave some comments and right away I received a revised look. I approved the likeness and then very quickly received a photo of the head as completed. It looked great and I approved it. I paid for expedited shipping and the bobble head figure arrived in a few days carefully wrapped. When I gave the gift, the recipient loved it as did everyone else at the party. I am so impressed with how devoted this company is to getting it done right, their willingness to make sure it is exactly how the customer wants it, and getting it to you fast as promised. This is going to be my go-to gift for all my family members and friends in the future. Thank you.

Not only did my order look great but the customer service is top notch. I can’t say enough about the product and even more importantly the company. The product looked great and met all expectations. The company was quick with and responses to any questions I had! 100% recommend!

Excellent outcome

Excellent outcome. Long process. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of how long the process took. The team is excellent at adjusting the product but they took 48 hours between each communication; so when I planned my purchase it ended up arriving late because of the delayed response time. Also, allow 2 weeks for delivery! It really did take that long from when they "shipped" it. Product is beautiful and looks amazing. Make sure you have the timeline to do it.

Very pleased with the experience

Very pleased with the experience. They contacted me on two different occasions to approve the proof of concept and confirm. They made my changes and the result was very good. They were very friendly and it was a pleasure talking with them. The product looks exactly like the picture I sent. I will definitely order again. The only minus, is the writing on the base of the figurine. Not sure it will stand passage of time very long. Very well packaged. Overall, a bit on the pricy side, but they executed timely and nicely. Thanks
