Thieves! Fraudsters! Scammers!
I purchased a stroller on December 27, 2025, and the experience has been absolutely unacceptable. The product arrived in the wrong color, and before I could even assess its quality, I requested an exchange - only to be completely ignored. After discovering from the shipping label that they use a warehouse in the City of Industry, California, I drove several hours just to get the correct color myself. Once I unpacked and assembled it, I realized the stroller was poorly made and dangerous for a baby’s safety. When I contacted their customer service in China, they stalled and tried to offer me a partial refund instead of addressing the issue properly. I insisted on a full refund and a return label, but they stopped responding altogether. As of January 20, 2026, their website has gone offline, and I’ve now had to notify my bank about fraudulent activity. This company operates with zero accountability and poses a serious risk to consumers.
