undertook my AED update training in Chelmsford with Trainer Bob. A great session and fully recommend everyone undertaking this course especially with Bob who was a great trainer and made the course interesting and easy.

Just finished a 3 day course in Kingston, my employer sent me there, was a bit nervous about it, but lydia haugheys approach to it soon put me at ease, Lydia's knowledge of the subject was immense and kept the course interesting, l looked forward to attending everyday, Thankyou lydia.
Really enjoyable 3 day course taken by Bob Byers at Colchester. He made it fun whilst being very informative and having had plenty of 1st hand experience he was able to pass on some of his knowledge to us .
RFAW at Redhill Centre with Rachael Tippet and Teresa Frake Day one with both trainers was well organised and well delivered . Good subject knowledge from these ladies starting off on their careers as trainers. Day two with Rachael and her voice just holding out helped us achieve our goal to pass . Highly recommended 10/10 Well done
I had a refresher course with Linda Chippingdale in Leeds for 2 days this week and thoroughly enjoyed it! She was so welcoming and informative and made me feel so comfortable for the two days I was there! It almost didn't even feel like I was being tested etc as she made it fun! Big thankyou to her and the rest of St John's!
Just done a great first aid3 day course with colchester St John’s Bob Byers was the trainer. Great delivery and very knowledgeable.
This was was a refresher course ( after 3 years). It was better than the previous one. Lydia Haughey not only showed us everything we needed to know but shared lots of stories from her own personal experience (with the SJA service) with us. It was very good enlightening and enjoyable. I learned a lot.
I had to do this course through work and expected to be thoroughly bored for a day but in actual fact I had a great time! Stewart Cleverly our trainer was fantastic, engaging, enthusiastic and entertaining as well as extremely knowledgeable and practical. He kept us all entertained and educated. Very much recommend doing the course as it just might save someone’s life.

Outstanding First Aid Trainers Leeds December 2022 (2 Day Course) Thank you Candice & Fiona your expertise, up to date knowledge, scenarios and facts made our 2 day course very informative. Outstanding and needed to be recognised it was not the usual classroom environment.
A great big Thanks to Linda Chippendale from the St John Ambulance training team, she is a great asset to your organisation. Linda made me feel really comfortable and gave a very thorough and detailed training programme over my three day period. She has boosted my confidence in helping anybody with first aid issue's. I have learned many new skills and procedures that can be implemented through legislation and law. I will be recommending as many work colleagues as possible to enrol on this St John Ambulance First Aid at Work FAW.

Attended an EFAW at Kingston with Linda. Very informative, and Linda was entertaining and was good at breaking the ice between course attendees.
I had a 3 days first aid training with Paul Hayes. It was an amazing opportunity learning from him. He is an absolutely amazing trainer.
The material coverd by the course was ample the trainer (Kerry Newcobing)was able, revised , clear , kind and accomodateing to all participant. The facility was large and accessible via different method of transports. Lucky for me all the participant was brliant, kind and fun to be around
