First Aid At Work - Redhill
I had a brilliant few days learning to do first aid at work by Stewart in Redhill. Initially I was apprehensive about the responsibility, but now I'm so pleased that I have the skills and knowledge to help someone in need. The course was varied with different activities such as quizzes, crosswords, roleplay, presentations and discussions which kept it interesting throughout. Hearing Stewart's and other people in the classes experience of life threatening situations they had been in, was inspiring and made me realise how important first aid truly is! Thank you so much Stewart - you're a fantastic teacher and made the course so enjoyable. - Pippa
EFAW Course
Had my training on 12th March 2024 instructed by Linda Jamson, who made the session fun, engaging and informative. Thank you for the great experience!
Delivert Great...after sales rubbish
Having passed my 3 day FAW I was over the moon. I needed this to carry on working as a freelance trainer. The delivery and contents were amazing. However the after sales are a different matter. 3 week after the course I had to contact them to ask about my certificate. I was told it had been sent to a separate company and I would have to re apply to get my certificate. After questioning this it then turned out to be a "Computer Error". It took me a 45 minute phone call and had to demand to speak to a manager to get it sorted.
First Aid in the workplace
I have just finished a 3 day First Aid at work course in Putney. Lydia H was my instructor and she was absolutely brilliant. Her knowledge was top notch, she made the training fun and was an all round lovely person. I found the whole three days really engaging and have taken a lot away from the course. I would highly recommend her as a trainer to have. Thank you Lydia!

I was lucky enough to attend a one day first aid at work course in Manchester, delivered by Sarah Blood. She was fantastic and made the day so engaging.
No notice of order failed
Placed a large online order for medical supplies and got the confirmation email, waited well over the expected delivery date and nothing. Contacted customer service and they say the order had failed on their end and was never placed! No communication from them at all about the failed order. Terrible service.

Paediatric first aid, Worthing
I completed paediatric first aid training in Worthing at the beginning of November. Laurence the trainer was very informative and interesting, as well as being entertaining and endeavouring to make the training enjoyable. He was kind, approachable and full of wonderful anecdotes. I thoroughly enjoyed what could’ve been quite a long and overwhelming training, with a less personable trainer.
First Aid training at UoL
We had a First Aid training as Medical Students at UoL. Our trainer was Issy Savin and she was really interactive and fun. I will never forget what she taught because of her delivery.

Great training from St John Ambulance
Great training from St John Ambulance! I attended a 3 day first aid course this week at the Farnham branch. Our course started with our instructor Holly P. but unfortunately she had to leave on the first day due to a family emergency, the remainder of the course was delivered by Denise M. Both instructors demonstrated great passion and energy for the subject and both extremely friendly and professional during the entire course duration. The course was well balanced with both theory and practical elements covered with plenty of opportunity to ask questions when needed. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to understand the duty of a first aider and learn some literally life saving skills. I hope I do not have to use these skills in real life but now feel I could respond to a situation if required both at my workplace and at home. I really think this sort of training should be part of the school curriculum. A huge thank you to all St John Ambulance members, you are superstars! R. Day
Pediatric first aid training
Pediatric first aid training I can not fault this course and training I attended in Liverpool. A huge part of this is down to Rossanna. The most interesting, compassionate and professional person I've ever come across. Not only did she ensure all topics were covered but we got some extra useful information too. She know just how to lift the mood on those topics that are hard to talk about. On a more personal level I've never felt so looked after during the course. I am a new mum who was very anxious about leaving her baby. Rossanna really supported me through this and I don't think I would of made it through the day without her. Thank you so so much for your time, knowledge and kindness.

I was attending First Aid At Work course with Sami Atkins on 23-25th August 2023 our great teacher at Canary Wharf venue (CA House, 1 Northey St, London E14 8BT) This was excelent course, very interesting, informative and easy to undestand the information given. It was enjoyable and very good course including theoretical and practical same as assessments of what we learned over 3 days. Courses like this coud save someones life if more people would attend trainings like this. I highly recommend for more people to do course and gain knowledge with excelent teacher like Sami Atkins. Thank you to St John's ambulance organising those courses.
