Hello Meriam, Our platform uses a soft close feature, which is designed to give all bidders a fair opportunity to participate. If a bid is placed during the final moments of an auction, the closing time is automatically extended. This prevents "sniping" and ensures that interested bidders have time to respond rather than losing an item due to a last-second bid. Regarding canceled auctions, auctions are only canceled when necessary and for specific reasons, such as item issues, seller requests, listing errors, or other circumstances that prevent the auction from being completed properly. When an auction is canceled, a notification explaining the reason for the cancellation is sent to affected participants.
