Storage treasures was amazing to work with. Your app was great as well. I thought it was very easy and user friendly. I didn't have any problems at all. Thank you so much. On the other hand my ability to use storage treasures was enabled due to a storage not being emptied on time. The first time I used you guys I accidently got 7 storage units. I panicked, but I managed to get them all done except for one in which I was almost finished when the guy at public storage rudely and uburbtly told me that I couldn't finish and that he was gonna tell u guys I didn't finish. It was a huge storage , basically a shop for a mechanic was in this storage. There was so much in there that it was a struggle . Heavy ,, very heavy items and a lots of them. I would Love to be able to auction once again with storage treasures. That of course wouldn't happen again knowing now how to bid and check my progress . Horrible company. Storage lockers never have anything in them. Cleared out. Declined my credit card by mistake, suspended me and then charged me anyway. And I have called your support. Or should I say…no help.

Hello, Thank you for leaving us a review! Auctions are usually canceled due to the owner of the unit paying their debt to the facility. By law, tenants have the right to pay for their unit even after an auction has ended. The sale is not finalized until you pay for the unit in office. Unfortunately, that is something we are not able to control. Good luck with your next auction!
Lots of fun, but be warned. This company ignores their own rules and changes them Willy nilly. I have bought more than 140 units from them, so I am very familiar with how they operate. They always favor the storage facility- even if it is completely contrary to their own rules, imho. So remember that, and let the buyer be ware. But the units are fun. Try not to overspend.
