Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Firstly the watch bands are too small in length. Second the pins don’t event fit the watch. Third, the leather is fake. Already pealing. Absolute rip off an waste of time and money. Furious
Great communication
Great communication, everything went smoothly, and I got a wonderfull Orient Bambino with a Baby Blue dial that was nearly impossible to find anywhere. Highly recommended!

Exceptional customer service.
Skywatches has gone FAR above and beyond in terms of service and communication to ensure I'm happy with my purchase. I will continue buying from them and recommend their shop to anyone interested.

Hi Tom, We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify a few important points: We’ve checked our records and have no order registered under your name or email. In fact, clicking on your name shows that you’ve posted multiple similar one-star reviews for other watch strap companies where they mentioned that they have no records of any order from you. We have no affiliation with Temu, and all of our products are shipped in custom-designed Strapseeker packaging—never in third-party or unbranded plastic bags. If you genuinely made a purchase from us and believe there’s been a mix-up, please contact us directly with your order number or email used at checkout, and we’ll be happy to assist. We take pride in our product quality and customer service, and we’re always here to help. Yours truly, Strapseeker Team
100% SCAM!

Hi Samuel, may I have details of your order number to check and verify?
Dropshipped from Temu
I want to warn my dear watch enthusiasts. I purchased a rubber strap for my omega and the packaging showed it comes from Temu. So they literally just dropship the same product for 10x the price, this is beyond crazy. Additionally they sent me the wrong color!

The people at StrapSeeker you guys are amazing I can’t thank you guys enough for being so consistent with emailing me back for confirmation about having stock and being so professional I love you guys and will 1000% be using you guys soon to buy another time piece the Seiko SRPD23 is impossible to find here in Australia and I think I may have got the last BRAND NEW available one to purchase thru online I can’t trust eBay and other dodgy websites so I did my research on you guys and purchased it once again you guys are amazing thank you and I will cherish this beautiful piece forever.
Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Excellent timely communication, good pricing and fantastic delivery to Australia in 5 days. I could not be happier with my Seiko SKX007J. Highly recommended Sky Watches. I’ll be back. Mickpw.
Perfect fit
Perfect fit. Super easy and quick to fit. Excellent quality. I’ve tried multiple rubber straps for bb58 - this is the best one by far. Excellent communication and customer service.
Amazing product. Amazing service.
The product is amazing but the customer service is even better. Great people and a great product. I bought two straps. One for an Omega and one for a Rolex. They look and feel just as luxurious as the watches.
First impression not the best...but let's see in a few more days
I purchased with Strapseeker for the first time 3 weeks ago and somehow the package is lost between Singapore and the US. When I ordered shipment said 7 to 28 days but after 3 weeks it had not moved. I reached out to customer service and apparently, they changed carriers. They are sending another strap free of charge. Let's see if the second one makes it at least in a decent time or if I ever receive the first one. Aug 31: Second strap finally arrived. It looks like good quality. Size could be a bit off. I ordered the 22mm and it is a bit tight against the watch. Be sure to measure correctly or give them extra space between lugs.
Great customer service
First, watchstraps fit great and look super. Watches now set for summer wear. Second, Strapseeker not only has quality merchandise, they have fantastic customer service as well. My shipment was not received so using chat to communicate, this fine company replaced the order after I told them it was not received. The turnaround was only 2 days, and items were received when promised. It seems their courier lost the original package. This company is now my “go to” shop if I ever need straps. I’ll also check website for other items. They have a variety of watches and accessories. It’s great when you can find an online vendor you trust! Thanks again, StrapSeeker!
great quality!
The straps are of great quality! Receive the parcel pretty fast.
Trustworthy website, super fast delivery, competitive prices
I found the Seiko Limited Edition (SRPF19K1) that I was looking for in this shop listed much cheaper than what I could find in any european shop. Was a bit hesitant because there is not much feedback about them anywhere and they ship from Singapore. In the end I ordered it, paying with Paypal just in case, and everything went great. The watch was at home in less than 1 week (DHL express) in perfect condition. The price was so competitive even after customs it was worth it. Also it is a japanese version of the watch with the day of the week in kanji what is a plus for me in this model.
bought an ssk003k1
bought an ssk003k1, and they shipped it by dhl express and received in 3 days. Fast delivery and great customer services.
Great experience buying from them
Great experience buying from them! Quality straps and good service.
Great straps and customer service!
I'm always looking to add new straps to my watch collection, and I have received great straps and costumer support on the several occasions I've purchased from StrapSeeker. The straps feel high quality, and I've particularly enjoyed the FKM straps I ordered. The straps are also stylish and versatile which means that I'm able to pair them with anything in my collection, ranging from my Seiko 5KX to my Omega Speedmaster. I have always had positive customer service experiences with StrapSeeker, as the team is quick to ship and provide tracking information, and they always ensure that I'm satisfied with the products. As someone who cares about quality both in product and customer service, I would highly recommend StrapSeeker. I will definitely be buying more straps and will consider buying a watch from them when I'm in the market (hopefully soon)!
