I have horrible experience using this product. Got irritation, swelling, bump. Contacted support; including pic of severe reaction. No response, No Refund😡😡😡DO NOT BUY

Terrible experience with this online store. Ordered a Bra that didn’t fit although that is my size. They were adamant to receive returns not willing to refund me my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They send you wrong items and sizes and do not refund. My experience has been exactly like the 1* reviews here. I was offered a ridiculous 3€ compensation for my 45€ purchase. They sent me a bra 4 sizes to big and a as i pleaded the "customer service" replied:"I am really sorry for your dissatisfaction. And i am willing to increase your compensation to 4USD at my own expense. But this is the maximum amount I can give you. After all, my salary is not a lot." I WARN YOU, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a total scam and I have strated legal matters over them.

Don't order from this shop, they only take your money and leave you with nothing!

Don't trust this shop even though they have Klarna as a paying option, you won't get your money back. I order two bras and a bikini. The bras both came in the wrong size and they only sent me the bikini bottom. As I wrote to them that it’s not what I ordered they tried to give 3$ (which is ridiculous compared to the 47$ I spent) as a refund and claiming they're just a small company. I had to contact Klarna until they gave me an adresse to where I can sent the products to. They have me a very long adresse somewhere in China and it wild cost more to send the products back then the purchase itself. So I wanted to at least receive my order in full and asked the shop to at least send me the missing peaces but I never heard back from them. Klarna also didn't help so now I have to pay everything even though I don’t have what I ordered. Please do don't fall for this scam!

Don't order from this company, like other stated they sent wrong size. And are claiming it's right. When there is two different size tags on the bras. The overcharged me 7 dollars when I first placed the order. I had to get it refunded. Which was easy it was like they knew and was waiting to see if I would catch.. And when you ordered they send u a very generic receipts.. which took research to find there website again. It's like they didn't want me to remember where I purchased. I have screen shots, email tread, receipts, and pictures.. and will be posting on Facebook and Instagram and Google. They are straight theives and I have proof. Responded they could give me 3 dollars because it would be 2 expensive to send back. I'm waiting for my bank to open to dispute. And send my proof. I suggest yall collect yall receipts to get your money back from the bank. Sad part I really wanted the bras.

If I could i would gave not even a star. Ridiculous customer service. I checked the size table and ordered the right size. After weeks the WRONG size came und also one of the bras had make up stain. I wrote the customer service barely they answered and wanted proof! I send the proof! No reply anymore, no discount. Opened a case in Klarna which was going for weeks now. After that they replied i could send them back on my own costs - for their own mistake!!! Klarna couldnt do anything in the end and now i have to pay for two bras which don’t fit me. GREAT! Better never order something there.

wrong sized products, ridiculous refund

They sent me wrong sized products and were not at all service-oriented. They pretended that they sent the correct size although I proved the false size by order confirmation and pictures of delivery. After several emails they offered a refund of 4 USD for 2 bras (costs appr. 35 USD). This is impudent! Strawberryi - never again!

Sham company

Sham company: they sent me wrong sized products, and first tried to claim they sent right sizes even though I sent a pic of wrong ones. Then they tried to bullie me to except 3 dollars compensation because the return process 'would be so expensive and time consuming' for me: I couldkeep the products I received - what use have I got for wrong sized bras?! When I declined, the compensation was lifted to 5 dollars, 8 dollars... They didn't send the right sizes I've paid for.
