Ordered a snow globe as a Christmas…
Ordered a snow globe as a Christmas gift on 21.11.25 , it arrived on 3.1 26 . I was overcharged . It was advertised as £12.99 and I got charged £23.29 . The globe was just in a cardboard box with no packaging to protect it so it arrived broken and useless . I've asked for my money back and they offered me £4 . I am currently taking further action against this fraudulent company as I'm absolutely furious . Do not order from this company . What they supply is rubbish and they do not offer a 14 day money back guarantee as specified on their website . 1 star is too good for this company it should get no stars !
