The first thing I noticed was that the legs don't allow the desk to come down enough. It would be nice for the desk top to lower more. The second thing would for the legs to tilt forward or backwards. The grooves on the top would work better on the bottom of the desk as there are two of them.
I feel that the customer service on this website is just average. The responses were not proactive, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a reply. Although my issue was eventually resolved, the overall communication process felt somewhat slow and lacked initiative. I hope they can improve their service attitude to be more efficient and professional.
