Product is a scam . Handmade Cthulhu-Inspired Pirate Mug. Cheap imitation of what is advertised . It is not handmade , which is obvious. It will not 500ml capacity , it is 200ml. The photos in the ad do not show the metal insert which makes it look all the more tacky . Their website claims 100% refund if not completely satisfied, this is an outright lie. If you do not want to throw your money away DO NOT BUY FROM SUIPCI. 1 star given because cannot do zero.
suipci.com The product you sent me is a $45.08 scam. I received a plastic model that doesn't work. And it doesn't match the product offered at all. I therefore request an immediate refund. They offered me an 8% refund, I'm not going to accept that 20-8-2026 I paid with PayPal, and after many emails and insisting on a full refund, PayPal ensured that I received my money back in full.
