SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!! This product doesn’t work as promised. My food stuck to the supposedly non stick pot even at a medium heat and destroyed the coating. When I asked for a refund they offered 20%. It’s junk don’t fall for it… customer beware!

What a rip-off company this is. My partner bought a hand forged japanese belly pot. Arrived dented, certainly NOT hand forged and worth about £5. She paid £50, and advert said it was at half price!!! Packaging was disgraceful, in fact not properly packaged at all hence the dent. Not even going to bother asking for refund, just to let people know what a cheap chinese piece of junk my partner bought.!!!!! BE WARNED. p.s same item can be bought for £21 from Kelkoo.

suntuup.com is everything we have grown to learn about Chinese quality and integrity. In May 2025 I ordered it online after seeing this offered on YouTube. I ordered a non-stick pan. It sticks horribly. The handle is grossly loose. And they refuse to return it, but offered a 20% return and then are not doing it. Despite multiple emails so far. Per my research online: Reviews from others on Scamadviser and Scam Detector suggest suntuup.com has a history of poor customer service, fake product claims, and refund difficulties. This is a scam and fraud and will be reported to the authorities.
