Hi Lawrence, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback — and for noting our shipping and communication. We take safety and proper retention extremely seriously, so we’re sorry to hear the holster did not meet your expectations out of the box. Fit and balance can be affected by accessory combinations, mounting position preferences, and carry setup, but the firearm should always remain secure and functional. We appreciate the time you spent modifying the setup and the insights you provided. Feedback like yours helps us improve future designs and mounting options, especially for users running lasers and lights. We would like the opportunity to make this right. Please contact us directly so we can review your setup, provide adjustment guidance, or discuss replacement or upgrade options that may better suit your configuration. Personal defense is serious, and we are committed to providing reliable equipment and continuous improvements for real-world use. Thank you again for your candid feedback. — S.A. Self Defense

Hi Carl, Thank you for your feedback. It appears the holster ordered was the Byrna CL IWB model designed for red dot optic compatibility. Laser attachments require a different mold and clearance, as they mount in a separate position on the launcher. We offer laser-compatible versions specifically designed to accommodate those accessories. Please reach out to us directly — we’re happy to help with an exchange or make sure you get the correct configuration for your setup. Thank you again for your support and for giving us the opportunity to make it right. — S.A. Self Defense
