Never received the 4 shirts I ordered. Customer service claimed they were delivered but there own tracking said delivered to US/Newark and delivered same day to Califonia my place. Impossible. Requested pictures of delivery. Nothing. Rip off.
This a SCAM company. I have placed an order and as of today still have not received my order and now they are sending me pictures of a house that I do not know who's house is it. Please STAY away from this company. I am filiing a consumer grievence through • Filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) • Filing a complaint with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection • Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They SCAMMING hard working Americans.
Awful experience. Received wrong product and they wanted it shipped to China for an exchange. Poor quality, zero custoner service, typical chinese junk.
The shirts were the size of a youth, and they will not respond, this company is a scam, do not order, we gave the cheaply made shirts to good will.
Don't trust the pictures—this is a scam. They ask for far too much personal information just to process a refund. The product you receive is nothing like what's advertised. The shirts run much smaller than the stated size, the colors are dull and faded compared to the photos, and the overall quality is disappointing. At this point, I'm writing off my purchase as a lesson learned. I didn't even want to give it one star, but that was the lowest rating available
The company advertises a straightforward return and refund process but after I sent over five requests, I was offered only a 10% refund along with a 20% discount of future purchases. False advertising. Cheats.
I bought three shirts. The 2XL sizes were equal to a medium-sized shirt. The dates were supposed to be 1776-2026, they were 1773-2029, and the 250 Anniversary (spelled Anniversant). I spent 93 dollars, and they offered me a $5 refund.
I ordered two of the 250th USA anniversary sweatshirts which I thought were made in the USA, but too little too late, were made in China. On their website under the return/refund policy it shows a return address of Sun Prairie WI. Which is not correct. When you contact them, they first want you to take a picture of the two items you ordered, the copy of the tracking number and the SKU numbers and then they first offered a 10% refund and then offered you a $10 refund with a 20% discount coupon and you keep the items. When you decline, they come back with a 20% refund. They will not give you the return address, but tell you that it will cost you $20 to mail the items back if you want a full refund. They then come back with a 30% refund and you still keep the items. And then a maximum 40% refund. They finally give you the address in China if you want the full refund but pay the $20 to mail it back which would take about a month to get your refund. I told them I would accept a 50% refund and they agreed on the 50% refund and I will donate the items. My refund was credited to my credit card within 4 days.
I ordered shirts and a hat with the promise they were made in the USA. Wow, what a bunch of BS, I received the items and the sizing was way off, and everything was so cheaply made. I also noted that the items shipped from China. However, I filed a dispute with my Discover card and all my money was returned and I was very shocked after reading the reviews about getting my money back. Don't know if it was Discover Card that helped out, by the way, they are the best credit card company. I would NEVER order from them again, but I did get my money back, but they are definitely scammers, horrible quality and to lie about being USA made. Do Not order from them!!!

I just want to thank everyone for their reviews. I was about to place and order (web site looks fantastic and prices reasonable) BUT after reading all the reviews I am sorry you ALL got ripped off and I thank you all for saving my butt on this one.

Think twice about buying from this company, it's located in China. The quality is cheap, and the return policy is worse. Sizes are way too small, and it will cost you more to ship it back.
ordered a shirt in January, NEVER received it. Contacted them multiple times asked for a refund. Never got that either. They acknowledged they never sent it. Finally in the middle of April, they offered me a 20% refund. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!
Zero Stars! Terrible, cheaply made shirts with very odd sizing and cheap scratchy material. Took forever to arrive and although, they say they guarantee their product, they do not respond to emails and there is no phone number on the website. Do not buy!!
They took my money and NEVER sent me the items I ordered. Took 70 dollars of my hard earned pay. I do not recommend this website or company. They are not USA MADE anything. Once again, do not order anything from them!!!!!
What rip off,why are they selling military hats and sweaters if the military does not support this company. I received my product but ordered a 2XL jacket got a medium jacket. They wanted to give me $6.99 payment to keep a product that noway fits. Then offer me to keep the jacket then add $10.00 to pay for shipping the correct jacket. I'm turning this issue into VISA to at least get my original $69.96 back. I hope everyone gets there money back from this company of grifters.
I wish I could rate this experience a big zero stars. I received sweatshirts that feel like a piece of paper bag material. I have sent emails asking for a return label and no one has replied. This company is a scam
I ordered a hat back on January 17th and paid with a credit card. Order # 4656 I never received the hat and have not been able to get a response from the company. Terrible customer service. I paid $36.13 on January 17th but never received the hat. I was cheated. Don’t order from them.
