Preformed our standard cleaning service for this AirBnB turnover. Customer was dissatisfied with our quality of service provided. We received a very detailed and descript letter via email. The customer demanded a refund based on issues or items that we not included in the original quote (via walk-through). Customer was extremally demanding and particular. Though our company typically does not mind dealing with difficult or demanding customers, the letter sent was just disrespectful as confirmed by several member of our company's staff. The customer did not request to cancel services, however, the company's management decided to refund ('In-full') the customers cleaning fee and as a result the customer was canceled as part of our company's policies and procedures. We imagine this motivated the customer to leave a negative review. Our confusion lies with customer not having left a positive review for the two cleaning prior, in which the customer conveyed that they we delighted with the quality of service. Curious.

The customer is right. We did show up late. As a company policy we do request that the customer allow us a 30 minute arrival window (as stated during our booking process and advised via email). Meaning we ask that the customer allow us a time prevision for travel related issue that may arise, such as traffic accidents or otherwise. Our rates are based off of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms cleaned. We are happy to adjust the our rates for a customer if not all areas of the home are required. With regard to the standard of cleaning, we invited the customer to walk through the property post cleaning. We recommend this as we are only human and certain things may be missed. Our staff was supposed to meet the customer at the service location, however, no one was home. We contacted the customer and did eventually gain access to the home. We clean in an efficient manner. This seems to be lost on many, but minimum and maximum cleaning time frames are not guaranteed, however, our standard of cleaning is backed by a customer satisfaction guarantee. The customer did not wish to take advantage of this. We appreciate the feedback and will make certain policy adjustments and changes to our current standards accordingly. In the event that you choose to become a customer of ours, we ask that you diligently address your expectations of us during the initial walk-through. This way we can all be on the same page, and any cleaning related concerns can be address appropriately.
