Hi Archie, Thank you for reaching out. Please note that once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we release liability to them. Similarly, the carrier releases all liability once the package is confirmed as delivered. I recommend checking if you have a Ring doorbell or any security system that could help investigate what may have occurred. If so, you may be able to file a claim with your property insurance for reimbursement. Under our shipping insurance policy, coverage applies only up to the point of delivery. If the package had been lost, damaged, or undeliverable, I would have been able to assist in replacing your order. I sincerely regret the situation you're experiencing and wish I could be of more help.
