I've been on the app a few weeks and I've been loving it but the main thing that made me write the review and give it a five-star was because I was talking to a user that I just met that night and she was very much suicidal! After hours of trying to talk her down and not having too much luck she suddenly deleted her account and I lost all contact but I reached out to the support team and they immediately got right on it and went to work getting her name so they could try and reach out and get her help. I was so focused on trying to prevent her probable suicide I missed exactly how to spell her name so I couldn't even tell the support team that for sure but that didn't matter to them, I gave them a rough time frame when I talked to her and they took it from there. I was really impressed how fast they responded to me and I'll bet it was less than a minute before they had a team on it, Plus the guy that was talking to me who was super awesome by the way! He knew I was feeling terrible for not doing better and he had such kind words for me. Thanks so much Matt!!!!
It's been a while since I've been on the site but I seen some definite upgrades and some great security measures. Especially when you can get live supports in seconds. Very transparent and cohesive site. Many levels of membership and ways to increase activity.
I just want people to be aware of a women that calls herself consultant Tracie she is nothing but a scam she fills your head with so much shit and then she hits u up for large sums of money stay clear of it...
Raising tbe price of membership til the point of ostracizing a decent number of willing members is crappy.

They have Pay walled people they deem "desirable" aka attractive. These people can't be Liked even with the GOLD membership. You can PAY for the ability to Like them (I know we/ already did for $46 buck for 30 days) , or YOU CAN PASS BUT THAT TAKES AWAY ONE OF YOUR INTERACTIONS YOU PAID FOR.
AND AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS EXPERIENCING THIS 90% BECAME PaywallED SO I'M PAYING FOR NOTHING GOOGLE REFUNDED ME I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME
