Hi John, we're sorry to hear the forums weren't what you were looking for. Please bear in mind Stitch is not set up to be a general-purpose discussion platform, and the discussion forums are just there as a smaller piece of our main reason for existing, which is to help members find like-minded companions. We enforce rules around behavior that are designed to ensure people treat each other with respect at all times. Sometimes that means what is acceptable on the public internet isn't allowed in Stitch. We have found that without these rules, it's possible for people to ruin the enjoyment of others, sometimes without even realising it. If you focus on the in-person activities, you will generally find it's much less likely for people to misinterpret what you may be saying. I can't comment on your particular account without knowing more info, but if you'd like to enquire about a refund, please reach out to Stitch Support.

Hi Julie, did you reach out to Stitch Support for help with your login? There are often several reasons why an old account may not be able to reactivate. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but some of these have to do with how we keep member accounts safe from scammers and hackers, the team would be happy to explain it to you. Please remember Stitch isn't a travel company, we are a community for over 50s, and the trips we have are for our members, who also meet through shared activities as part of the community. The community itself is a non-profit charity, so we always work in the interests of our members.
