Dear Kadi ! Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback - we’re really glad to hear you love the design and the accuracy of the mapping! We truly appreciate you pointing out your concern regarding the diamond placement and how it’s fixed to the necklace. We understand how important these details are, especially for such a meaningful piece. We will definitely check this with our team to better understand the process and see how this can be improved moving forward. Thank you again for your honest review and for your kind words — it really means a lot to us
