Josiah, Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the chance to work with you. Color variations can occur due to screen differences and occasional supplier color changes. As outlined in our return policy, a 20% restocking fee applies to returned items. We appreciate your understanding and the chance to assist you. Regards, Customer Service Team.

Tom, Thank you for sharing your experience and for supporting your US manufacturing. We are glad these 55% mesh tarps are working out great. We look forward to working with you soon. Regards, Customer Service Team.

JL, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The PVC material is very flexible and should not crack when folded up for shipping. Only when exposed to single-digit temperatures can this material easily crack and tear. This issue has been forwarded to our customer service department for further review. Regards, Tarp Supply Team.

Dear Brett, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent order of Reinforced Tan Canvas tarps. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We would like to address the concerns you raised: Production Timeline: We understand that your order took longer than expected, and we apologize for this delay. During peak periods, such as holidays or due to material availability, production times can occasionally be extended. Construction & Seams: As our canvas material is supplied in 61-inch-wide rolls, seams are necessary for most tarp sizes. After reviewing the images of your tarps, our production management team confirmed that the seams were properly sewn according to our heavy-duty standards. However, we understand your concern about the finish, and we will certainly pass along your feedback to our quality control team for further evaluation. Odor: Regarding the odor, we want to clarify that the water-resistant treatment applied to the canvas during manufacturing can result in a temporary smell. This is normal and typically dissipates after the tarp has been aired outdoors for a short period. We truly value your business and are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we recognize that we can always do better. We are taking your comments seriously and will continue to improve to ensure that we meet your expectations in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you again soon. Best regards, The Customer Service Team
Virginia, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We look forward to working with you soon. Regards, Customer Service Team.
Dear Bao Iam, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the extended delay and for the lack of timely communication regarding your order. We understand how frustrating this situation was, and we truly regret the inconvenience it caused. Your order for the 7’ x 20’ Reinforced 16 oz Tan Canvas was delayed because the Tan canvas raw material was temporarily out of stock. As our products are made based on the availability of raw materials, there are occasions when production must pause while we wait for new materials to arrive. Unfortunately, this situation impacted your order more than anticipated. We also acknowledge that we should have proactively informed you of the out-of-stock status and provided clearer updates. Once we received the material back in stock, we prioritized production and shipped your order promptly. We sincerely regret that our communication and response time did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are actively working to improve our inventory notifications and customer communication to help prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your patience and for allowing us to explain. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to reach out. Sincerely, Customer Support Team
