Hi Sarah! This is Bekkah with Taunton Bay. I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. We're more than happy to rectify this & replace your product. Please call us at our business number & speak with our staff. They'll just ask for an emailed picture of the package for our records and your info. Sometimes - even when shipped in boxes - this can happen due to handling or air pressure changes in transit. Because of that, we always take care of accidental damage during transit, just call or email to let us know so we can fix it.

Also, thank you very much for noticing the little things - that truly means a lot. We are a very proud small business that is women-led, veteran-led, LGBTQ-led, and disabled-led, owned, & operated, thanks to our co-owners Veronika & Norman. Thank you for being a part of it with us :-) - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom
