First time ordering and it was an overall a pleasant experience. The shipping was extremely fast, which was a very nice surprise. I tried a few different blends and look forward to sampling a few more!

Thank you for your honest review and for letting us know! We're happy to hear it.
We do everything possible to provide a dependable, steady quality throughout the year on all of our items. But we realistically know that sometimes, we miss that mark.
As a natural product and not a standardized one (like a lab-created and measured extract), the elements in herbs such as kratom can change batch-to-batch, but season-to-season is when I see most quality changes in my personal experience.
We appreciate your continued support of our small family business and your understanding. It means the world to us! Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can do anything to assist and we look forward to serving you again soon. - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom

We have been purchasing from Taunton…
We have been purchasing from Taunton Bay Soap Company for nearly 8 years now. Our shipments arrive (across the US) within 2 days. During personal difficult times, they were kind enough to send us a card, samples, and if anything ever happens to our purchase they always make it right! I’d give ten stars if possible. Amazing company and the only place I take my business!!!

Great customer service. Every time I call to make a purchase the girls are so friendly, always willing to talk to me, help me with any questions I have. Thank you very much for reviewing our products and shipping! We appreciate you :-) - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom
If you're going to use Kratom anyway, there is no better place to get it from. They're fast and high quality. However, if you're only thinking about it, you might want to reconsider. Kratom is highly addictive. I started it for a back problem and over the years used more and more for the same effect, never getting high from it. But now my back is better and I have a habit that is very unpleasant to kick. Trying to avoid a detox center by weaning, but may end up in one regardless.

These folks are great and I have ordered online and at the store from them. I always get my order very quickly and that is really appreciated. The kratom has worked fine for my back pain and is high quality. This is the business and these are the people that I plan on ordering from, from now until....
