BEST KRATOM EVER!!!!
I have been using Taunton Bay kratom for at least 9 yrs. I love the customer service and the different strains, so fresh!!! I stopped for about a year and started up again, it helps so much with my pain, knees, neuropathy, I'm almost 74 yrs old and am not on any pain meds, who needs them when the reds help me with my pain! I'll never buy from anyone else! Love, love, love....

We have been purchasing Kratom from Taunton Bay Soap Company for about 5 years now. Only company we purchase from. Love the product and anytime I have had an issue…I think one time they were very attentive and made sure we were happy with our order and that was a few years ago. They always get the product out fast and I get it within 2 days usually. We will continue to do business with them! They are awesome

We have been buying from Taunton Bay Soap Company for almost 8 years now. Our shipments get to us (across the US) within 2 days. When having personal difficult times they were kind enough to send us a card, samples, and if anything ever happens to our purchase they always make it right! I’d give ten stars if possible. I suffer from PTSD, chronic pain, psychosis, bi-polar, insomnia, anxiety and depression, I was prescribed many medications over the last 40 plus years and nothing worked until a friend told me about Kratom. I was sent several different types of Kratom and informed how to take. I now use nothing but Kratom and since January of 2017,the only time I have any problems with what I deal with is if I run out, which I try not to do, but it does happen, and when I do run out, people can see the difference in my personality and believe me, it can be bad.If you've heard bad things about Kratom, I would suggest you try it and found out for yourself, plus there are no side effects. GREAT STUFF 👍
I like the prompt and accurate mailing and delivery of products. I do not like as much the relatively high prices for extract products.

Please call us at our business number & speak with our staff. They'll just ask for an emailed picture of the package for our records and your info.
Sometimes - even when shipped in boxes - this can happen due to handling or air pressure changes in transit. Because of that, we always take care of accidental damage during transit, just call or email to let us know so we can fix it.
We adore Taunton Bay. Love that it’s a small business run by women and their products are always great. They have fantastic pricing and their customer service is wonderful.
