Been ordering stuff for years already never had one problem with them. Just with whoever is delivering. So only had problems with FedEx or they used to send USPS and they were even worse but FedEx is trying to catch up. Lol
Thank you so much for your honest & thoughtful review. I totally understand - shipping can be delayed sometimes (especially during the winter here in New England) & that can be frustrating. We thank you for your understanding during those times! We're so glad to hear you enjoy our products & we look forward to serving you again soon :-) - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom

Have been purchasing from Taunton Bay for at least 5 years and they are amazing. Every time there has been an issue with merchandise (which is rare,) the customer service has been amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have been using Taunton Bay for about 15 years. They are always friendly and appreciative of there customers. Orders come quick in just days. Also the product is the best in the market. I gave up on other companies years ago. I can't believe some would buy from a small store or gas station paying premium prices and not sure of what they are getting.
Wow, I'm rarely found speechless these days but... Thank you so much. Thank you for sharing your experience, thank you for supporting us from the beginning, thank you for joining along with the wild ride that is Dayak/TRA/TBSC since 2014. We're so glad to have you in the Tribe :-) - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom

I love Taunton Bay Soap Company! I have used their teas for years and they help me a lot and are excellent quality! All the employees are wonderful and the ship orders very fast. I just wish they had 25% off or more sales more often.
I hear ya! This year, we're focusing on longer-lasting sales & I know the 15-20-25% off ones are the most popular. We'll definitely keep it in mind & thank you so much for sharing some honest feedback. We love to hear it so we can keep doing our best :-) - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom
The service is great but the shipping is slow and doesn’t communicate very well
Hi Cyndi! I'm so sorry for your recent experience. We always aim for the best service possible, but I see that we that we missed the bar this time. It's no excuse, but we've had a much harsher winter this year in Maine, which has led to more shipping delays and emergency weather closings than we normally experience. Your most recent order came on the day we were closed due to a blizzard, we weren't able to reopen & ship until the following day. We posted to the majority of our social media accounts, but I wasn't able to send out emails to those on our list, and I take responsibility for that. No matter the circumstance, this is not our usual standard of customer care, and we know how important it is to have timely, reliable shipping and delivery. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience your delayed package caused. I will email you shortly. Thank you for your honest review, we always appreciate feedback & look forward to hearing how we're doing for you guys. We hope to serve you again in the future & please contact us if you need anything! - Bekkah with Taunton Bay Kratom
