This company is a SCAM I have been trying for over a month to get a refund for undelivered goods the excuses this firm have made, courier could not find address, then they said. They would resend my order which never arrived excuse was it had been stolen, then offered me 70%.of my money, this was not acceptable want ful refund, incidentally they took payment twice from my card. Do not order anything from this company.

I have been scammed by Taxain.com. I placed an order on 23 December 2023, I emailed them several times the only replied once when I first place the order that they will amend my details, since them when, I email about my order status no reply, I then start tracking my order, to my disbelief today they indicate that my order has been delivered to my home address, I have been at home all day no delivery came to my door today. This company are scammers and they need to be investigated to stop them from doing this to others. My order was £23 plus
