I'm a Sri Lankan buyer. I did test transfer, my Seller has received money successfully. By the way, what is your commission you charge from us? I'm unable to figure it out from my transfer. Can I see any breakdown of my transaction?. Hope to use this facility in the future.

very poor service and no response for my inquiry.. I lost my money

In the transaction, I was a buyer and used tazapay for the first time. I transferred money to the account guided by tazapay, but tazapay has only posted a message saying 'your payment is being processed' for over a week (unlike the first announcement that it will be processed within 24 hours). There is no response from tazapay's customer service center even if I leave an inquiry (an auto-response email comes in saying they will reply within 48 hours, but that is clearly a lie), and they do not reply on my Instagram dm. Even though their instaram page is still updating and new post is uploaded. I feel completely scammed. I don't know what to do. give me back my money. My transaction number is 2022-41233. I want a full refund. In the process of the seller dealing with the payment issue which was caused by you, I completely lost trust in the seller. I will cancel the deal. The seller has not sent the item yet, so please refund the money to me. I'm not gonna tackle the exchange rate difference. Just give me the money back.

However, taking into account your lack of response or completely ignoring my emails, I have no way to complain on your part, but this is left as a lesson. And make good use of what I've paid to you for the work.
